Trent Dockstetter
founded High Tech Office Systems in 1985. Since then, High Tech has
installed thousands of copiers and facsimile machines throughout
southwest Oklahoma and north-central Texas. With three locations to
serve this region, High Tech has become the leader in sales and service.
In addition to
offering Konica Minolta and Muratec copier and facsimile equipment, we
began offering business phones systems in 1987. At that time the brand
of phone systems was called AT&T. Later, the AT&T business phone
systems has changed names to Lucent Technologies and then to their
current name of Avaya Business Telephone Systems. In 1987 we became a
DocStar Document Imaging Electronic Filing Systems dealer.
Our vast knowledge
in the four core products that we offer, (Copiers/printers, Facsimiles,
Business phone systems, and Computer Document Imaging), all complement
one another. For example, a customer buys a Konica Minolta
multifunctional product. We can run both the computer network wiring
and fax line to the system. Interface it with the computer network to
authenticate, print, scan and email. Interface it with the phone system
to fax, and even interface it with a
docSTAR document imaging system to
automatically archive scanned paper documents.
High Tech Office
Systems has received many awards over the years in recognition for
outstanding Service and Sales. High Tech has received the Konica Minolta
Corporation's "PRO-TECH" award for delivering the highest standards in
service excellence and service response time. We also maintain seats on
both Konica Minolta’s Dealer Honor Council and the Service Advisory
Council.
Recently, one of
our Service Technicians was awarded the honor of being the #1 Konica
Minolta Service Engineer in the entire United States. All of our
technicians are factory trained. We staff experienced and certified
computer and network engineers to insure that that our products work
well on your network.

Why is it better to get my supplies from High Tech Office Systems

High Tech Office Systems offers guaranteed manufacturer's supplies made
specifically for your equipment. We have a rapid turnover in inventory
so the supplies are always fresh. We guarantee replacement should any
quality problems result.
Do you offer product training, and if so what type?
Our dedicated professional personnel will work with your staff on both
the equipment and network aspect once the product has been delivered and
installed. Repeat visits are offered should the need arise.
What financial programs are available to acquire equipment in addition
to purchasing?
With High Tech Office Systems, full programs covering leasing,
cost-per-copy, and long and short-term rental are available. All of
these options are provided directly and indirectly by us. It works to
your advantage when the company that provides the equipment and service
also provides the financial arrangements.
What if our needs change during the term of the lease, rental, or
cost-per-copy program?
As your needs change, we will work with you, your associates, and your
IS staff to upgrade your equipment so it will have the flexibility to
grow and expand along with your business.
What if I have repeated problems with the equipment during the course of
the lease, rental, or cost-per-copy program?
If the equipment is under service contract with High Tech Office Systems
and there are repeated problems that have not been resolved to your
satisfaction, High Tech Office Systems will replace the equipment
temporarily with like model until the problem is resolved, so that there
is a minimum amount of down time.
