A) 68 minutes (Note: If the Administrator chooses, this number can be limited to a smaller amount!)

Q) What is the Maximum Storage Hours of the System's Voice Mail (with Voice Mail installed)?
A) 8 hours, 16 hours or 32 hours (depending upon model of VM installed)

Q) Can we have the system automatically sync the time and date to a time server on our network or a free time server on the internet so that it is ALWAYS accurate?
A) Yes. You can even have it automatically display the local outside temperature on your phones if you like!


Q) How flexible is the system with password protecting my Voice Mail messages?
A) It's all up to you! You can require a password to get your messages all the time, none or the time, or just when you are getting your messages from outside of the office. Allot of people like to have it that you only have to press a single button on your phone when you are in the office to get your messages.

Q) If I choose to, can I have "Live Call Screening" on my voice mail calls to listen as someone leaves a voice message?
A) Yes. You can also interrupt the voice mail and pick up the caller's call.

Q) Can I have voice mails saved as a WAV file format and forwarded to my email.
A) Yes, with a "Pro" version voice mail option.

Q) How easy is it to program my phone and speed dial numbers?
A) VERY EASY! We include at no additional charge, an internal web interface that you can easily program your phone with. (The phone system's control unit just needs an Ethernet connection from your computer network. If there is not one in your phone room, we can run one at an additional charge)
