Trent Dockstetter founded High Tech Office Systems in 1985. Since then, High Tech has installed thousands of copiers, printers and phone systems throughout southwest Oklahoma and north-central Texas. High Tech has become the leader in Office Automation.
In addition to offering Konica Minolta and Lexmark copier and printers equipment, we began offering business phones systems in 1987. We offer sales and service on NEC and Avaya phone systems. In 1987 we began supporting Document Content Managment Systems.
Our vast knowledge in the four core products that we offer, (Copiers/printers, Facsimiles, Business phone systems, and Computer Document Imaging), all complement one another. For example, a customer buys a Konica Minolta multifunctional product. We can run both the computer network wiring and fax line to the system. Interface it with the computer network to authenticate, print, scan and email. Interface it with the phone system to fax, and even interface it with a docSTAR document imaging system to automatically archive scanned paper documents.
High Tech Office Systems has received many awards over the years in recognition for outstanding Service and Sales. High Tech has received the Konica Minolta Corporation's "PRO-TECH" award for delivering the highest standards in service excellence and service response time. Less than 10% of all Konica Minolta dealers are able to meet the strict criteria to be a "PRO-TECH" Dealer. All of our technicians are factory trained. We staff experienced and certified computer and network engineers to insure that that our products work well on your network.
